Luther Burbank House & Gardens open for plant sale
The volunteers at the Luther Burbank Property & Gardens have winter crops prepared for your backyard garden.
The historic gardens will keep a plant sale 1-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, marketing plants propagated in their greenhouses that have been protected from the ash and smoke of current wildfires.
Amongst the goodies to pick from are Chinese mustard, Calabrese broccoli, calendula resina flowers, Suzhou child bok choy, kale, cauliflower, cabbage and Brussels sprouts. The present store also will be open up for socially distanced purchasing.

Plant sale gives bargains
